Onions – Second Batch

Onions are coming in and more vegetables are going back in their place.  The last batch of onions I dehydrated and vacuumed sealed in a jar.  Amazing how little space they take up dried.  Now to decide what to do with these. Dehydrate them or… I need to do a little more thinking.  What do you think?
