
Mazzetti Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/5 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, large, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 t sugar
- 2 T chili powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg noodles package, cooked
Topping
- grated mild cheese
Instructions
- Brown together onions, bell pepper, celery and ground beef. Drain.
- Add together with all other ingredients. Put into a casserole dish or baking pan. Cook covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- When done, sprinkle top with grated cheese. Continue cooking uncovered until cheese melts.
