Chicken Casserole with Ritz Topping
- 1 chicken, whole
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- Ritz crackers
- 1 butter, stick
- Boil chicken. Debone it and cut up into small pieces. Place chicken in bottom of baking dish.
- Mix soups and sour cream together. Pour over chicken.
- Crumble up Ritz crackers and sprinkle heavy over top of mixture.
- Melt stick of butter and drizzle evenly over crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
