Over the next couple of posts I will be sharing some recipes I grew up with in the 1980’s. Just thinking about them brings back memories of Saturday evening supper time. Enjoy!
- 2 pkgs Broccoli, frozen/chopped
- 38 Ritz Crackers
- 1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese, softened
- 1 stick Oleo Can use butter or margarine.
- Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Toss broccoli with cheese and half the oleo. Pour into greased casserole pan. Crush Ritz and toss with remaining oleo. Put on top of broccoli. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbly around edges.
