After reading this article everyone should understand the dangers of shooting and driving…
Sorry if you couldn’t get to my page overnight.. more severe storms rolled through, and we’re getting ready for some more in about 45 minutes.
Whew..finally finished my Case that’s due tomorrow in Operations Mgmt. One report, a check list, 7 Run Charts, a Pareto diagram, and a Cause – Effect chart just for giggles. What did we hear in class last week.. “Oh! This is the shortest and easiest case to do, so you better do this one.” Hmm.. I wonder what a hard one looks like? We only have to do two of the case studies offered, so at least I’ve got one out of the way.
There’s a new Korean restaurant in town, and we just had to check it out today. Pretty good food, and the lunch portions were huge, not to mention all the kimchi we were served too. I have a feeling we’ll be going back there quite often, since its on our side of Montgomery. After lunch I headed back home so I could work on my case a little more. It was so hard to stay indoors.. nice and sunny outside, and really warm. I just had to raise the windows for a bit and enjoy the breeze (ok..it was a man-made breeze provided by our attic fan) , because if you’ve ever been down in ‘bama you know the weather will get hot here in a few weeks (maybe not).
Ok.. I’d type more, but I just can’t sit here at the computer anymore right now. See you in the morning.. I’m headed to bed.
Hmm.. will gas drop below $2 any time soon? $2.03 – $2.13 is just crazy! I remember when it was under $.75 a gallon… hmmm after thinking about that statement.. that was 25 years ago!!! gee I’m old.. LOL j/k
Just in case your wondering what the heck a Pareto Diagram looks like.. you’ve seen them before.

Hi there! I hope everyone survived all the nasty weather this weekend. Right now we don’t have rain…but its very cool and really windy. I ended up taking down the windchimes on the back porch last night. They sounded like they were about to fall apart. I’m sure the little baby birds out there enjoyed a quiet night for a change too.
Well since I didn’t do my homework over the weekend I decided to tackle it this morning.. not too bad since it only took about 30 minutes to complete. I’ve got a case study due Wednesday, so I’ll hold off on that one until later today when I’ve got more time to look at it.
Ok.. time to run, but before I do I thought I’d share some music with you that I discovered while listening to XM Radio.
And..a new release from some local boys!
I hope everyone is having a great day. Here we’re in the middle of some rough storms which began late yesterday evening (only
one two trips to the basement because of Tornado warning so far). Not much else going on around here except nap time. Libby is napping
and I’ve been taking care of my peeps
. Hmmm maybe I should follow Libbys example and take me a nap too, before the next wave of storms come rumbling through.
Saturday (yesterday) morning I went up to mom’s for the day and to spend time with G. Man he’s got to stop growing! We went by the mall and looked at new shoes and he’s into a size 13! He also found out that his feet really need to stop growing if he wants to keep wearing his favorite shoes..they only go to size 13. We did a little shopping and by 5pm I was on my way back home. Do you hate driving long distances alone because your afraid you’ll get sleepy? Well I’ve found a cure for just that. XM Comedy channel 150! I know there are people out there that were wondering just what I was laughing so hard at, since I was alone in the car.. LOL.. it’s hilarious! (but not always child friendly.. for that you can tune to Laugh USA over on channel 151.
Well I made it home just in time to beat the storms… but mother nature did supply me with a supply of nice lighning shows for the drive.

I’m not sure if this tiny toad is just a baby or full grown. Small isn’t he?
